A light-filled open plan lounge / diner with french doors onto the terrace and a pitched roof. Comfy sofa and armchairs and a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. There is a wide screen TV with Nefflix and Prime subscriptions, a flame effect fire and plenty of books DVD’s and games to keep you entertained.

A beautifully furnished large double bedroom with a king size bed. There is ample wardrobe and draw space to store your clothes and belongings. A hairdryer and a make-up mirror are provided. Dual aspect patio doors lead out onto the terrace and gardens. We also have air-conditioning to keep you cool in Summer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a cosy night in if you want to cook at home. It has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, barista coffee machine.

The bathroom is modern and luxurious with a full size bath, a walk-in shower, heated towel rails and flame effects candles for relaxing. There is a skylight and a fan for excellent ventilation.

The deck looks over the beautiful gardens and beyond to the valley in the distance. We have a table and chairs, two loungers and an outdoor seating area. There is a small barbeque and a viewing platform above the lodge for star gazing.

The lodge is surrounded by fields and and rare trees. Wildlife regularly makes a visit we have deer, hedgehogs, many species of birds, and of course squirrels. On a clear night, the stars are truly spectacular as we have very little background light.
